  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nParts I and II of the Schedule to this Order prescribe the Welsh version of certain forms to be used in connection with community elections in Wales. Part III of the Schedule prescribes forms partly in Welsh and partly in English which must be used for the purposes specified in Article 4 of this Order.\n(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Gorchymyn)\nYn Rhannau I a II Atodlen y Gorchymyn hwn dynodir fersiwn Gymraeg rhai ffurflenni a ddefnyddir mewn cysylltiad ag etholiadau cymdeithas yng Nghymru. Yn Rhan III yr Atodlen dynodir ffurflenni rhannol Gymraeg a rhannol Saesneg y mae'n rhaid eu defnyddio at y dibenion a nodir yn Erthygl 4 y Gorchymyn hwn.",
