  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 10th February 1987\nComing into force in accordance with Article 2\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 10th day of February 1987\nPresent\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1)(a) and (4) of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
