  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 24th July 1991\nComing into force 7th August 1991\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 24th day of July 1991\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1)(a) and (4) of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
