  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 16th December 1998\nComing into force 30th December 1998\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 16th day of December 1998\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1)(a) and (4) of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–",
