  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 14th February 2001\nComing into force 28th Feburary 2001\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of February 2001\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84(1) and (3) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
