  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nLaid before Parliament in draft\nMade 20th March 1985\nComing into Operation 27th March 1985\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 20th day of March 1985\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1)(a) and (4) of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
