# The Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 2010, Article 8: Revocations


(1) In Schedule 2 to the Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 , the entry in respect of rule 33 of Schedule 5 to the 1962 Act is revoked.
(2) In the Postponement of Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 2009 , article 2(3) (which provides that section 11(1A) of the 1962 Act does not apply to the local general election in 2011) is revoked.
