# The Local Elections (Principal Areas) (Amendment) Rules 1990, Article 15


In paragraph (2A) of rule 49, as substituted by paragraph 18(b) of that Schedule–
(a) for the words “election referred to in sub-paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of paragraph (2) above” there shall be substituted the words “district council election”;
(b) for the words “election referred to in sub-paragraph (i), (ii) or (iii) of that paragraph” there shall be substituted the words “parish or community council election”, and
(c) for the words “election referred to in sub-paragraph (a), (b) or (c) in that paragraph” there shall be substituted the words “district council election”.
