# The Local Elections (Principal Areas) (Wales) Rules 2021, Paragraph 60V: Decisions on ballot papers


The decision of the returning officer on any question arising in respect of a ballot paper, the transfer of ballot papers or the exclusion of candidates is final, but may be reviewed on an election petition.
