Each of the forms set out in Part III of the Schedule to this Order is hereby prescribed as the version partly in Welsh and partly in English which shall be used, in connection with the election of a county or district councillor in Wales, in place of the official poll cards or voting compartment notice set out in Schedule 2 to the Local Elections (Principal Areas) Rules 1986.
