# The Local Elections (Wales) (Amendment) Rules 2026, Rule 13


In rule 34 (polling and counting agents: supplemental provision), after paragraph (3) insert—
“(3A) Any notice required to be given to a counting agent by the returning officer may be sent to the postal or e-mail address provided in the notice of appointment.”
