  "text": "In rule 66 (delivery of documents to registration officer at contested elections)—\n(a) in paragraph (2), in the opening words, after “must” insert “securely”;\n(b) after paragraph (3) insert—\n“(4) In relation to each packet, the returning officer must provide—\n(a) a description of the contents of the packet,\n(b) the date of election to which the packet relates, and\n(c) the name of the electoral ward for which the election was held.\n(5) The registration officer must make arrangements to—\n(a) securely store all documents received in accordance with this rule, and\n(b) prevent any unauthorised access to those documents.”",
