(a) in paragraph (1), for “blindness” substitute “severe sight impairment”;
(b) in paragraph (2), for “blindness” substitute “severe sight impairment”;
(c) in paragraph (3), for “blindness” substitute “severe sight impairment”;
(d) in paragraph (6)(a), for “blindness” substitute “severe sight impairment”.
