# Local Electoral Administration (Scotland) Act 2011, Paragraph 1: Status


(1) The Board, its members and staff—
(a) are not servants or agents of the Crown, and
(b) have no status, immunity or privilege of the Crown.
(2) The Board’s property is not property of, or property held on behalf of, the Crown.
