  "text": "(1) The convener must, prepare a report on the carrying out of the Board’s functions during each financial year.\n(2) After securing the Board’s approval of the report, the convener must—\n(a) lay the report before the Scottish Parliament, and\n(b) send a copy of the report to the Scottish Ministers.\n(3) The report must be laid before the Parliament within 7 months of the end of each financial year.",
