# Local Employment Act 1972, Paragraph


For subsection (3) of section 15 of the Finance Act 1970 there shall be subsituted the following subsection—
“(3) For the purposes of subsection (2) above “development area” and “intermediate area” have the same meaning as in the Local Employment Act 1972.”
