# The Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st March 2006.
(2) In this Order, “the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972.
