  "text": "If in conducting the special community review the Welsh Commission consider it desirable that a poll of local government electors of a community or part of a community should be taken on any question, they may arrange for such a poll to be taken and paragraphs 34(5), 37 and 38 of Schedule 12 to this Act shall apply to the poll as they apply to a poll consequent on a community meeting.",
