# Local Government Act 1972, Paragraph 19


In section 67 of the Explosives Act 1875 for paragraph (3) there,7. shall be substituted the following:—
“(3) Outside Greater London, the council of a county ; and”
and paragraph (5) of that section shall be omitted.
