  "text": "(1) In the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980—\n(a) in section 2(1), at the end of paragraph (k) the word “and” shall be omitted and there shall be inserted—\n“(ka) a joint authority established by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1985;”\n(b) in section 20(1), in the definition of “local authority”, after the words “City of London” there shall be inserted the words “the Inner London Education Authority, a joint authority established by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1985”;\nc)(d) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(e) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(f) after section 99(4)(d) there shall be inserted—\n“(da) the Inner London Education Authority;\n(db) a joint authority established by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1985;”\n(g) in Schedule 16 after paragraph 5 there shall be inserted—\n“5A The Inner London Education Authority.\n5B A joint authority established by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1985.”",
