  "text": "In section 73(1) of the London Government Act 1963 for the words before paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the words “Any of the London borough councils and the Common Council may, for the purpose of giving publicity to the amenities and advantages of their respective areas—”, and in paragraph (d) for the words “Greater London” there shall be substituted the words “their respective areas”.",
