# Local Government Act 1985, Paragraph 23


In section 115H, in subsection (1) for the words “subsections (2) and (3)” there shall be substituted the words “subsection (3)”; and in subsection (3) for the words from the beginning to “as” there shall be substituted
“Subsection (1) above shall have effect in relation to a highway—
(a) to which this Part of this Act applies; and
(b) in relation to which there is no pedestrian planning order in force, as”
