  "text": "In section 19(1) of the Land Compensation Act 1973—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (a) of the definition of “the appropriate highway authority”, there shall be inserted the words “or any other authority to which the functions of that authority in relation to that highway are transferred by virtue of the Local Government Act 1985”; and\n(b) at the end of paragraph (b) of that definition, there shall be inserted the words “or any other authority to which the functions of that authority in relation to that highway are transferred by virtue of that Act”.",
