In this Part of this Schedule—
(a) “the 1984 Act” means the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984;
(b) “parking place”, “traffic sign” and “road” have the meanings assigned to them respectively by sections 32(4)(b), 64(1) and 142(1) of the 1984 Act;
