Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975.
In section 28(7) the words “about its publication”.
In Schedule 4, in paragraph 4(3) the words “, other than that of making any report,”.
These repeals shall have effect in accordance with section 29 of and Schedule 3 to this Act.
