# Local Government Act 1992, Paragraph 13


(1) In subsection (1) of section 60 of the 1972 Act (procedure for reviews), for the words “A Commission or” there shall be substituted the words “ The Welsh Commission or a ”.
(2) In subsections (2) to (7) of that section, for the words “a Commission”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ the Welsh Commission ”.
