# Local Government Act 1992, Paragraph 8


In section 9(4) of the 1972 Act (parish meetings and councils), for the words “section 10 or 11 or Part IV below” there shall be substituted the words “ section 10 or 11 below or Part II of the Local Government Act 1992 ”.
