# Local Government Act 1992, Paragraph 9


In section 11(5)(a) of the 1972 Act (orders for grouping parishes, dissolving groups and separating parishes from groups), for the words “Part IV below” there shall be substituted the words “ Part II of the Local Government Act 1992 ”.
