# Local Government Act 1999, Section 33: Finance.

(1) There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—
(a) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums so payable under any other enactment;
(b) any expenses of the Secretary of State under this Act.

(3) The Welsh Ministers may make grants to

(b) the Wales Audit Office in respect of expenditure incurred or to be incurred by the Auditor General for Wales under the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 or Chapter 1 or 3 of Part 6 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021.
