  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 2000 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2000.\n(2) References in this Order to sections and Schedules are (except for the reference in article 3 to section 100D(2)) references to sections of, and Schedules to, the Local Government Act 2000.\n(3) This Order applies in relation to England only.",
