  "text": "The following provisions shall come into force on 7th August 2000—\n(a) sections 10, 12, 17 to 20, 30, 32, 34 to 36, 38, 41, 47 and 48;\n(b) sections 11, 13, 22, 25, 27, 28, 31, 33, 37, 39, 44 and 45, in so far as they confer power to make an order or regulations, give directions, or issue guidance, and\n(c) section 23, to the extent that it relates to paragraphs 6, 7 and 9 to 11 of Schedule 1.",
