# The Local Government Act 2000 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2000, Article 3: Provisions coming into force in relation to England on 1st October 2000


Sections 97 and 98, and section 107(2), to the extent that it relates to the entries in Schedule 6 relating to section 100D(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, shall come into force on 1st October 2000.
