  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force, in relation to England only, further provisions of the Local Government Act 2000 (“the Act”).\nArticle 2 brings into force, on 18th October 2000, Part I of the Act, which contains the provisions concerned with the promotion of economic, social or environmental well-being and consequential repeals of various statutory provisions.",
