# The Local Government Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2000, Article 2: Provisions coming into force on 19th December 2000


Sections 49 to 55, 57 to 67, 75 to 83 and 91 to 93 of, Schedule 4 to, and paragraphs 9 to 11, 14, 28 and 30 to 32 of Schedule 5 to, the Local Government Act 2000 shall come into force on 19th December 2000.
