  "long_title": "This Order commences further provisions of the Local Government Act 2000 (c.22) repealing provisions in a number of statutes relating to the conduct of members of relevant authorities. Provision for the conduct of such members is now governed by Part 3 of the Local Government Act 2000. Part 3 of the 2000 Act has in turn been repealed in relation to England by the Localism Act 2011 (c. 20) from a date to be appointed. Chapter 7 of Part 1 of the 2011 Act makes new provision for the conduct of members.",
