  "text": "In Schedule 1 to that Act (enactments conferring functions assigned to social services committees) after the entry relating to the Housing Act 1985 there is inserted—\n“\nDisabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (c. 33)\nSections 1 to 5, 7 and 8 except in so far as they assign functions to a local authority in their capacity as a local education authority.\nRepresentation and assessment of disabled persons.\n”",
