# Local Government Act 2000, Paragraph 7


In Schedule 1 to that Act (enactments conferring functions assigned to social services committees) after the entry relating to the Housing Act 1985 there is inserted—
“
Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (c. 33)
Sections 1 to 5, 7 and 8 except in so far as they assign functions to a local authority in their capacity as a local education authority.
Representation and assessment of disabled persons.
”
