# Local Government Act 2003, Paragraph 26


(1) The Service is not to be regarded as the servant or agent of the Crown, or as enjoying any status, privilege or immunity of the Crown.
(2) The property of the Service is not to be regarded as property of, or property held on behalf of, the Crown.
