# Local Government Act 2003, Paragraph 48


In section 28 (information about lists)—
(a) in subsection (2)(a), for “or 22A(10)” there is substituted “ , 22A(10) or 22B(10) ”, and
(b) in subsection (3)(a), after “22(6)” there is inserted “ or 22B(8) ”.
