  "text": "In section 67 (justices not disqualified by reason of liability to local taxation)—\n(a) after paragraph (a) there is inserted—\n“(aa) BID levy (within the meaning of Part 4 of the Local Government Act 2003),”, and\n(b) for “any charge, tax or rate falling within paragraphs (b)” there is substituted “ any levy, charge, tax or rate falling within paragraphs (aa) ”.",
