# Local Government Act 2003, Section 68: Exemption for places of religious worship

Status: prospective

In paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 to the 1988 Act (exemption for places of religious worship) for sub-paragraph (1)(a) there is substituted—
“(a) a place of public religious worship;”.
