  "text": "(1) In section 24(3) of the Housing Act 1985 (c. 68) (local housing authorities in England and Wales to have regard to private sector rents in setting rents for their houses), after “a local housing authority” there is inserted “ in Wales ”.\n(2) The National Assembly for Wales may by order repeal section 24(3) of that Act (as amended by subsection (1)).",
