Made 16th August 1987
Laid before Parliament 25th August 1987
Coming into force 15th September 1987
The Secretary of State for the Environment in relation to England, and the Secretary of State for Wales in relation to Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 173, 177(1)(f) and 177A of the Local Government Act 1972, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
