In section 27AA (sites of special scientific interest and limestone pavements: application of provisions in Wales)—

(a)

in subsection (2), in paragraph (b), for the words from “a strategic planning area” to the end substitute “ the area of a corporate joint committee to which Part 6 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 applies by virtue of regulations under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 ”;

(b)

in subsection (3), for the words from “the strategic planning panel” to the end, substitute “ that corporate joint committee ”.
