  "text": "Any order made or having effect as if made under section 147 of the Public Health Act 1936 or section 52 of the Health Services and Public Health Act 1968 in force immediately before the appointed day throughout a relevant area which is altered by the order shall apply to such area as altered.\nIn this regulation, “relevant area” means a district or London borough or the City, the Inner Temple or the Middle Temple.",
