  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the provisions of Schedule 3 shall have effect, and—\n(a) the provision of regulation 7 shall not apply in relation to any matter as to which provision is made in any such provisions; and\n(b) the provisions of regulation 62 shall not apply in relation to any matter as to which provision is made in paragraph 6 of the said Schedule.\n(2) The provisions of paragraph 5 of the said Schedule shall not apply in relation to any matter for which provision is made in regulation 38.",
