# The Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976, Regulation 60: Rating of owners and discount for rates: rating of unoccupied property


Any direction for the rating of owners or the allowance of a discount in respect of rates or resolution with respect to the rating of unoccupied property in force immediately before the appointed day in a rating area which is altered by the order shall apply to the rating area as altered.
