# The Local Government (Best Value) (Exemption) (Wales) Order 2000, Article 2: Exemption from the duties in Part I of the Local Government Act 1999


Community councils whose budgeted gross revenue expenditure for either of the financial years commencing on 1st April 1998 or 1st April 1999 did not exceed £1,000,000 shall not be subject, in relation to any of their functions, to the duties imposed by sections 3 to 6 of the Local Government Act 1999.
