# The Local Government (Best Value) Performance Indicators and Performance Standards (England) (Amendment) Order 2007, Article 3: Performance standards for waste authorities and specific waste authorities


(1) In articles 11 and 12, for “1st April 2005” substitute “1st April 2007”.
(2) For Schedules 9 and 10 substitute the provisions in the Schedule to this Order.
