  "text": "(1) The best value authorities specified in paragraph (3) shall, in relation to indicator 2(c) (other applications) in Schedule 13, meet the standard in paragraph (2).\n(2) During the financial year, the authority shall determine 75 percent of other planning applications within a period of eight weeks beginning on the day immediately following the date on which a valid application is received by the authority.\n(3) The best value authorities specified for the purposes of paragraph (1) are—\nBerwick-upon-Tweed Borough Council\nBlyth Valley Borough Council\nBoston Borough Council\nLondon Borough of Camden\nEast Hertfordshire District Council\nLondon Borough of Hackney\nLondon Borough of Hillingdon\nLake District National Park\nMid Devon District Council\nMid Suffolk District Council\nNewcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council\nNorth Hertfordshire District Council\nNorwich City Council\nLondon Borough of Redbridge\nRedditch Borough Council\nSedgefield Borough Council\nSouth Somerset District Council\nSouth Staffordshire District Council\nStafford Borough Council\nStevenage Borough Council\nStroud District Council\nSunderland City Council\nTorridge District Council\nTrafford Metropolitan Borough Council\nWest Dorset District Council\nThe Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.",
